Transformative Visions
2023 is a dynamic year of endings and new beginnings. The year begins with deep review, fine tuning and picks up momentum in March, as 3 planetary shifts take place and 3 more by July. 2023 is the year of the Water Hare, such a different flavor than 2022, the year of the dynamic bold Tiger of 2022. Whereas the Tiger is yang energy, the Hare is yin energy.
We continue in the tensional relationship (begun at the start of 2021) between Saturn, (structure, stability, tradition, control, constriction and master teacher) and Uranus (sudden change, rebellion, freedom, breakthrough to new ways of perceiving). While these two archetypal forces express opposing tendencies, exaggerating division, the greater effort is to embrace a broader perspective and a higher level of objective awareness to address the problems before us. The old solutions won’t work. A high tension, high conflict time, that seeks to break and disrupt old ways of doing things.

Saturn and Pluto conjunct in Capricorn. The effects of the Saturn Pluto conjunction are experienced from 2019 through the end of 2020. This conjunction takes place every 32-37. Last time it took place in Capricorn was 500 years ago! What gets seeded and set in motion is the transformation, the end and new beginning, of what is no longer sustainable and needs to be eliminated.
