Through March we continue to experience the dynamic tension of the square between Uranus and Saturn. Uranus is the archetype of awakening, of breaking through, of change and visionary possibilities for each of us, for our country, and the world. It is the essence of mental creativity
Through the month of February, Saturn will square Uranus for the 1st of 3 times throughout the year. We feel the push and pull of contrary forces. We can ask ourselves how would we choose to engage with these archetypal forces?
2020 came in with a dramatic planetary alignment, paving the way for an extremely challenging year, and went out with a dramatic alignment that is aiming us in a new direction. On the Winter Solstice we watched Jupiter and Saturn merge, a beautiful and uplifting sight, a signature of the dawning of a new Era, taking us into 2021.

Fiery Mars has been in its own sign, Aries, since June 27th, building up to mid August when it squared the Jupiter, Pluto and Saturn. The square between Mars and the outer planets creates extreme tension.
This has been a gorgeous Aquarius full Moon with Jupiter shining near by. As we have moved into the fixed signs Leo and Aquarius, this is a time for consolidating, deepening in our hearts and in our breath. Typically it is a time of playfulness and gathering with friends
The upcoming lunar eclipse on the 4th, takes place at 13 Capricorn and Cancer. We can imagine the issues of Cancer; belonging, inclusivity, deep feeling, are experienced in juxtaposition with issues of Capricorn; authority, tradition, governing structures, and power.
